Purpose of Visit

All safety related documents shall be submitted for approval to the CMB.TECH SHE department 24h prior to the planned visit.
  • Required PPE: Overalls, Safety Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Goggles (specific PPE may vary depening on scope of work).
  • Alcohol testing will be conducted at the entrance gate.
  • Random drug testing may be conducted at any time.
  • SHEQ induction mandatory on arrival.
  • No PPE required unless hydrogen production area entry is included.
  • Alcohol testing will be conducted at the entrance gate.
  • Visitor to be accompanied at all times.
  • Required PPE/Clothing: Flat and closed shoes, comfortable clothing (additional PPE may be provided depending on tour area).
  • Alcohol testing will be conducted at the entrance gate.
  • Mandatory induction to be conducted on arrival.

Risk Acknowledgment

  • All visitors and contractors must sign in at the security gate on arrival.
  • Follow SHEQ induction and site HSE plan, which will be conducted on arrival.
  • Reverse parking is mandatory; security personnel will provide guidance.
  • No photos/videos unless specifically approved by management.
  • Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Must comply with full PPE requirements (scope-dependent).
  • Contractors must obtain a valid Permit to Work (PTW) before starting any work.
  • Do not roam freely on site; remain with your escort or guide unless authorized.
  • Alcohol testing at entrance; random drug testing may be conducted.
  • Contractors are responsible for safe work practices in line with CMB.TECH requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with site risks and hazards, and follow all instructions from CMB.TECH staff.
  • Do not interfere with safety equipment, alarms, or emergency systems.

Photo/Video Consent

I consent to the taking of photos, videos, or other visual materials during my visit. I grant CMB.TECH Namibia the right to use, publish, and distribute these photos/videos for:

  • Company websites
  • Access badges
  • Information brochures
  • Press articles
  • Commercial films about the company
  • General promotion of company activities

I understand that these materials will be used within normal expectations and release CMB.TECH from any claims to my portrait rights.

Data Protection

I confirm that I have received sufficient information regarding data processing and have had the opportunity to ask questions, which have been answered. I understand this process is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679). I am aware of my rights to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time via written notice.
  • Request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of my data.
  • Be assured that data will not be shared outside CMB.TECH except where legally required.
